Intangible assets
Intangible means it has no physical presence but its effect can be felt like the wind. Intangible assets are assets like copyrights, goodwill, patents, trademarks or a top of the line research and development team. It derives from human capital, the quality of the people who work for the business is what keeps it afloat. Intangible assets are created through skill, talents or just pure genius. It could be yourself inventing a new top secret technology therefore creating a patent for the discovery and keeps the company at the top spot.
