Asset swap

Asset swap is the process of exchanging tangible assets such as cash, buildings and machinery into intangible assets like copyrights or computer software. This process is vice-versa (intangible-tangible /tangible-intagible. The structure of an asset swap is similar to a plain vanilla swap.
