Beige book

In the United States, the beige book is a compiled report published by the Federal reserve about the current economic condition of the country. This report is compiled using a thorough research and interviews coming from bank directors and businesses. The Federal reserve uses the information gathered to determine interest rates. The Beige book is published eight times a year and it is widely followed by investors and traders in the equities market. In Forex, the Beige book report is regarded as a key element in currency movement.
