Accounts Payable Turnover Ratio

This is a means to measure how the company is paying off its obligations, if the ratio is increasing this means that the business is able to payoff its accounts payable comfortably. When the ratio is decreasing, this means the company is having a hard time keeping up with its obligation to suppliers. This is calculated by dividing the total amount of supplier purchases with its accounts payable.
