Circular trading

Circular trading is a way to increase trading volume of a particular stock artificially. Brokers will try to open a position that will match existing orders from clients so that the volume of trades are doubled. This is a fraudulent scheme designed to boost a stock price by brokers. The volume of buy orders is matched with the volume of sell orders.
