PEG ratio (Price/earnings to growth ratio)

PEG is used by analysts or investors to determine if a stock is undervalued or overvalued relative to the growth of its earnings. Peg ratio is calculated by dividing a stock's Price to earnings ratio with its annual earnings per share growth.
