Threshold list

Threshold list is a list of securities that has a considerable number of failed trades in a day. These failed trades are usually the result of shorting without verifying that the stock can be borrowed. When a security fails to deliver over half of one percent out of its outstanding shares or 10,000 shares it will be added on the threshold list.
