Vertical merger

A vertical merger is a kind of merger where both companies benefit from each other. A vertical merger combines two companies that produces different good but are related in terms of required item. A vertical merger can increase profits when another company is assimilated into their system since it eliminates fees or other complex contracts. An aircraft manufacturer merging with an aluminum mining company is a vertical merger.
