Descending channel

A descending channel in technical analysis is a downtrending channel which contains fluctuating prices inside its lines. A descending channel is drawn by identifying a bearish trend for lower lows as well as lower highs, a price break from the descending channel signifies the end of the downward trend and it is usually followed by a basing in price or a complete reversal if bullish indicators are confirmed.
