Accommodative monetary policy

Accommodative monetary policy or easy monetary policy is a way that central banks increase available funds to banks for lending. This measure stimulates businesses because of extra capital available from this expansion of credit. Central banks increase the money supply by either raising interest rates or lowering the reserve ratio.
