Brady bonds

Brady bonds are bonds developed in 1989 in the U.S. under the Bush administration where the bonds issued are backed by U.S. Treasury bonds. The Brady bonds are then used by countries that needed financial assistance and to reduce their outstanding foreign bank loans.
