Cash flow ratio

Cash flow ratio shows if a company is really capable of generating a money flow by including a detailed entry on a company's pretax profit margin. This is done by taking out direct operating expenses from gross earnings and then expressed in percentage. Cash flow measures a company's sales with its current cash flow ratio.
