Centennial-type mutual fund

Centennial-type mutual fund is a type of mutual fund in which individual stocks can be exchanged by an investor for shares in the mutual fund without having to pay capital tax gains right away on the transaction. If the investor redeems shares in the fund, capital tax gains have to be paid.
