Contract for difference CFD

A contract for difference is a contract to trade the difference in value of assets like commodities or currencies between the time when the contract is opened until it is closed. It is a contract made between speculating buyers and sellers on the price fluctuation of a security. The payout totals to the difference in the price of the security between the time the contract is opened until it is closed.
