Corporate bond

Corporate bond is a debt security issued by a private company which usually comes in terms of 10 or more years.The difference between a corporate bond and regular bonds is that they are traded and priced on exchanges, fully taxable at all levels of government. They have a face value of $1000 or a junior bond which has a $100 face value.
