Dividend discount model

Dividend discount model uses the stock's future dividends in computing the current price to pay for a stock. the dividend discount model formula: Resent value of stock = Present dividend (1 + annual rate of dividend growth) ÷ (discount rate of return assigned to stock risk - annual rate of dividend growth).
