Joint venture

Joint venture is an agreement between multiple parties to consolidate some of their assets to accomplish a particular objective. This process may have restrictions on the full use of the consolidated resource by each party such as blending research technologies without a company merger. Most ventures include the contribution of temporary assets such as employees or equipment that only accomplishes a particular predetermined objective.
