Partnership

A partnership is a business structure that involves two or more persons that contribute to the business' operating budget, research and development or its production capabilities. A partnership however, does not protect each member's personal assets compared to a Limited Liability Company where only the capital invested in the business is at stake. This business arrangement can be dissolved by death, or transfer of ownership.
