Zaitech refers to profitable Japanese companies in the 1980s. In the United States, the term zaitech pertains to an individual or a firm that violates the anti-fraud laws of the Securities and Exchange Commision. This is a reference to Zaitech Holdings inc.who used the internet to conduct fraudulent information about the their promissory notes stating that it is backed by US government securities.
